no story mode is singleplayer though you can do it in freeplay as well

but you have to get ur ip to create a server
not just smash ur keyboard and type random numbers..

Writting: cmd, and writting ipconfig in the program
I believe the IPv4 is the IP

But can be usable to create a server
an ip is the ip adress to the server
